• Position : Admin Assistant (Simple Duties/Training Provided) - Chin Bee Dr [West]
• Location : Chin Bee Rd
• Working hours : 5 Days Monday Thursday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm and Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Salary(commensurate with experience): Up to $2600 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• General administrative matters ie taking calls, scheduling of work for staff, emails
• Filing and paperwork
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
