Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception counter and conduct checking in of clients and visitors
- Arrange the appointments for clients for initial assessments for day care and community rehab referrals
- Inform therapists, nurse and Centre Manager on scheduled visits of referral
- Prepare client files
- Mark attendance for the services
- Proper filing of documents
- Manage daily and monthly collection of services
- Attend to telephone enquiries promptly
- Stock management of PPE and stationery
- Ordering of stationery, uniforms, rations and PPE, etc
- Monitor delivery of goods and services
- Verify monthly invoices by vendors
- Perform the role of Fire Warden for SCC when appointed
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum GCE O level
- At least 3 years of related experience in a similar role in the social or health sector preferred
- Good proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, and able to adapt and use software applications
- Bilingual and knowledge of other spoken language will be an advantage
- Able to prioritize, problem-solve and is meticulous in follow through
- Strong disposition to serve, in particular in caring for the elderly
- Independent and a good team worker
