JOB-SCOPE;
- Print, Scan and Bind Approved Final Reports, Ensure Scan and Soft Copy Document are Filled Properly to their Respective Drives and Folders.
- Timely and Accurately Raise Invoices , to Insurer / Consignee / Customer on a Daily Basis. Summarize and Tally Calculation for Dept. Revenue for Submission to HOD.
- To Undertake Duty as Receptionist, Greeting Guests / Visitors in a Friendly & Professional Manners, Escort them to the Conference Room and Serving them with Beverages.
- To Support Head of HR & Admin in Timely and Accurately Perform Assigned Administrative Work as and When Required.
- Answer Standard / Simple Business Enquiries in a Friendly & Professional Manners.
