Admin Assistant ( Multi Tasking Role )
S$2,200/-.
Harbourfront OFFICE / 5 Days / 8:30AM to 6PM

Print, Scan and Bind Approved Final Reports, Ensure Scan and Soft Copy Document are Filled Properly to their Respective Drives and Folders.
Timely and Accurately Raise Invoices , to Insurer / Consignee / Customer on a Daily Basis. Summarize and Tally Calculation for Dept. Revenue for Submission to HOD.
To Undertake Duty as Receptionist, Greeting Guests / Visitors in a Friendly & Professional Manners, Escort them to the Conference Room and Serving them with Beverages.
To Support Head of HR & Admin in Timely and Accurately Perform Assigned Administrative Work as and When Required.
Answer Standard / Simple Business Enquiries in a Friendly & Professional Manners.
