Job Description

  • Working location: 11 Changi South Street
  • Working days: 5 days
  • Working hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am - 6:30pm Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • AWS + 2 month VB

Responsibilities:

  • Basic Receptionist Duties
  • Arrange with local transporter for material delivery to sites
  • Maintain inventory movement record, assist with stock-taking activities
  • Provide admin support to production workers-related matters
  • Manage factory/office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good working attitude and sense of responsibilities
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Minimum diploma in Business Administration or a related field
