Work with the manager to deal with daily administrative affairs, including document organisation, filing, meeting arrangement and record, etc
To act as customer liaison officer to ensure that clients queries and requirements are met
Coordinate with client on collection and delivery services via emails and phone calls
Work with the technical department on scheduling and allotting of manpower for work orders
To maintain and update projects database.
To follow up on workflow processes in the administration department. Generate delivery orders, invoices, forms, reports and efficiently send out documents.
Able to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
Back-up for team members
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager
