Job Description:

1. Logistics arrangement for training

  • Scheduling officers for training. This includes schedule officers for training, liaising with training provider/ officers for re-scheduling.
  • Coordination and logistics arrangement for internal training. This includes booking of room, liaise with trainers for available schedule, set-up of room, arrange for IT/AV equipment, printing training materials, liaise with trainers for uploading of updated training materials, manage scheduling of participants for training, informing participants and provide support during training to trainers, etc.
  • Preparing training statistics. This includes generation of data, inputting formulas to generate statistics, presenting statistics on graphs and powerpoint slides.

2. Handle IT-related administrative functions

  • Manage user (new and transfer) in IT system access. Applies to Resignation / Internal Posting / External Posting / On Long Leave / On Secondment
  • Update CRO, OMC and CRM licensed users list
  • Monthly Invoice/Payment verification
  • Assist in other miscellaneous duties

Work Schedule:

  • Salary: up to $2,500 per month
  • Contract Period: 12 months
  • Location nearest MRT: Potong Pasir
  • Working days: Mon to Fri
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm, Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Job Requirement:

  • Basic communication and administrative skills, experience with common computer software e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in coordinating training and performing administrative duties are preferred
