Job Description

ADMIN ASSISTANT

5.5 -Day Week

9.00am to 6.00pm / 9.00am to 1.00pm

Job Requirements:

  • To assist the team members in daily operations
  • Able to hold a conversation well
  • To be able to communicate with colleagues as well as customer
  • Ability to work as a team
  • To assist in invoicing, quotation, and purchasing etc
  • Ability to multitask and work independently and in teams
  • Very willing to learn, have initiative and a self-starter
  • To handle software for issuance of paperwork
  • To be able handle customer enquiry
  • Ad-hoc assignments and tasks as assign by supervisor
