Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties, office improvements, facilities and equipment maintenance, housekeeping matters, etc.
Attend to phone calls, visitors and suppliers- Manage office stationery and supplies
Coordinate local & overseas shipment
- Assist to check and pack goods for shipment when required
Assist in stock-take activity
Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
- Proficient in MS Office software
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin- Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work fast and complete assigned tasks within schedules
Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organising stock items- Responsible, committed and independent
Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for self-improvement
