Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Support to join our TA team for a 6-months contract. This junior-level position will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, recruitment process coordination, preparing reports, and organizing recruitment events.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Prepare and distribute job postings.
  • Support contractor staff management by tracking contract renewals, addressing work pass-related issues, drafting renewal contracts, and coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors.
  • Work closely and to support Talent Acquisition Partners to enhance recruitment processes and strategies, as well as collaborate with other departments on recruitment-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in any field or discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role (including internships) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Immediate starter is preferred.
