Job Description

  • Handle daily administrative duties such as answering phone calls and managing emails.
  • Checking purchases and sales orders.
  • Filing and Documentation and Stock management.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of invoices, receipts, contracts, and other important records.
  • Provide administrative support to various subsidiaries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by entering accounting data in Quickbooks accounting system.
  • Prepare and process journal entries when necessary.
  • Track and verify company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Assist in preparing expense reports and expense Tracking
  • Assist in Month-End and Year-End Closures:
  • Help prepare documents and reports needed for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  • daily operations of the workshop
