- Shift 2: Mon to Fri: 11.30 am to 5.30 pm
_Reception Duties_:
- Handle Calls, Pick up calls before 3 rings
Manage front-line counter duty; attending to all students, parents and walk-in visitors queries- Attend to goods delivered on behalf of staffs
Attends to student leaving school early/injured students/ admission to sick bay
- Recording temperatures for staffs in the morning
_General Admin Duties: _
- Oversee general housekeeping of the office
To assist in printing of worksheets/ exam papers for the school- Arrange temporary storage place for items delivered to the general office and inform relevant staffs
Assist in lost and found items
- Provide support to teachers and school leaders
Assist in admin duties such as data entry and attendance system of the staff etc.- Assist admin managers in tasks such as class allocations, P1 registration and orientation etc.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Min 3 Yrs of Experience in similar functions as Admin Cum Receptionist
- Preferably worked in MOE Primary Schools before
Preferably First-Aid Trained
