Job Description

Our client is a specialized consulting firm, providing exceptional electrical and power engineering solutions. They have an immediate requirement for a Admin & Documentation

Job description

Prepare Shipping Documents, Submission to Bank, Arrange Couriers to Customer.
Filing of documents, Maintenance of Files.
Collection of Documents or Cheque from shipping line & Customers (Taxi will be allowed)
Scanning, Uploading, Emailing, Bills Checking, Preparations in Excel Sheet, Drafting Letters in Word.
Office General Items Procurements & Office Admin, Adhoc Works.

Please note those who do not have any experience with documentation will be trained.

Job location : Robinson road
Work week: Mon-Fri
Work timings : 9am to 5.30 Pm (or) 10am to 6.30 Pm
Salary range : $2300-2600 pm
