Job scope:
Support and execute the below Emergency Response activities:
- Arrange and prepare the material for the monthly Emergency Response Team (ERT) committee meeting.
- Monitor and track the action items from the meeting.
- Perform the monthly ERT equipment inspection for each building (First Aid boxes, AEDs, walkie-talkie, iPhones, etc.).
- Keep track and update ERT inventories.
- Monitor and track ERT member certification to ensure all members have valid certification.
- Arrange courses/certifications for new members and for existing members who need their certification renewed.
- Arrange monthly ERT training, this includes engaging the third-party speakers/trainers, book the meeting room, send the meeting invitations, and take attendance.
- For months that we do not engage third party speakers/trainers, deliver the monthly ERT trainings (2 times a year).
- Monitor and track ERT members training attendance.
- Arrange and coordinate the bi-annual fire drills for each of the building.
- Respond to ERT incidents/events.
- Create the Incident report.
- Advise on ERT members queries.
- Support the preparation of setting up the ERT team for the new Singapore manufacturing site, including but not limited to: Recruitment for volunteer ERT members and arrange courses/certification for new members.
- Act as the backup of Emergency coordinators when he is not available.
- And any other activities required as assigned by the Emergency Coordinator
Support and execute the below BCP activities:
- Arrange and prepare the material for the monthly BCP meeting.
- Monitor and track the action items from the meeting.
- Perform the quarterly BCP notification test.
- Perform the quarterly satellite phone test.
- Coordinate and facilitate the annual BCP tabletop exercise, including the preparation of the exercise scenario and post-exercise report.
- Coordinate and facilitate the annual BCP document review, including meeting with each business process owner and updating the information in the BCP system.
- And any other activities required as assigned by the BCP coordinator.
