Job Description

- Showroom and Office administrative work (Office Operations)

- Assist COO with adhoc paper work (Fill-up forms and Invoicing submission to the Finance)

- HR - Staff claims submission

- Assist Material Division with delivery, paperwork and coordination of work.

- Answer office call and door access

- Delivery and collection of parcel

- Asssit Saleperson with client arrival and prepare drinks for clients
