Roles & Responsibilities
We are a new boutique provider of flexible workspaces for businesses of all sizes seeking flexible work solutions in Singapore's Central Business District (CBD).
Supporting the service office in the CBD, this role will have to:
- Administrative work required for seamless day-to-day service office operations (e.g., handling front desk duties, mail sorting, courier matters, liaising with contractors/cleaners, operating the billings / receipts system, handling staff claims, updating service office member records/transactions)
- Responding to service-related queries/requests from service office members, visitors/guests over various channels (e.g. at the centre front desk, over emails or calls)
- Conducting service office tours for new prospective members and responding to their queries
- Assisting with moving in and out for service office members
- Managing the entry access of service office members
- Overseeing the general cleanliness and maintenance of the service office spaces
Requirements:
- Prior experience in service office or hospitality industry an advantage
- Friendly, cheerful, energetic, and empathetic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Only Singaporeans
