Responsibilities for admin executive· Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports
· Assist in coordinating Executive Team Meetings, company conferences and meetings with major customers with a high degree of professionalism and coordination
· Track all documents for approval and signage
· Draft communications as required
· Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the company business processes and systems in support of the duties and responsibilities of the position
· Support Executives work and communication
· Maintain Office facilities as needed
· Incredibly organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple assignments
· Knowledgeable about organizing team events
· Documents meeting minutes for staff, manage action items
· Coordinate with others to schedule meetings
· Provide general department administrative processes
· Cross train & back-up others
· Answer phone and deliver messages timely
· Printing, collating, as needed by the team
· Mandarin speaking is preferred

· Prefer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office technology tools
· The ideal candidate must have experience in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, an interest and passion in learning contributing beyond the day to day administrative aspects of the role
· Diploma / A Level / Nitec/ O Level or equivalent experience and 4+ years of specialized administrative support experience of an increasingly responsible nature at a senior level
· The ability to maintain confidentiality is vital
· Minimum 2-4 years Executive Administrative experience
· Ability to be self-motivated and resourceful in a highly chaotic and unstructured start-up environment
