Job Description

100% WFH

Responsibilities:

  1. Data entry of ecommerce orders into Excel
  2. Customer service (addressing customer enquiries, sending follow-up messages after customer ordered and after delivery is done)
  3. Arrange deliveries with our fleet of drivers, including J&T.

.PC needed for arrangement of deliveries.

Will expand your job scope if performance is satisfactory.
