Travel Management for Principal Professionals and VPs.
Ad-hoc travel arrangement for external parties (e.g. agencies partners, media etc).
Event supports, Internal/ External events includes workshops, trainings, meetings, and team luncheon/dinner etc.
Logistic support includes booking of meeting rooms, request of visitor passes/IT items/ IP address, preparing of table name tag etc, send signage artwork to GA, arrange of tea breaks, catering, ordering of mineral water etc.
Submission of claims for Korean Expat, Director and VP.
Submission of departmental invoices (e.g. catering, name card and other services related invoice etc).
Ensure workstation of new hire is clean and tidy, request of laptop/ temp staff pass/ desk phones, basic orientation etc.
Provide assistance to resignee on their exit clearance.
Forward internal circular email to team(s), update of department's seating plan, Fire warden role.
Any other duties as assigned by the immediate Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma preferred.
Proficient in MS Office & Goggle Calendar.
Meticulous and organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
