. Coordinate office adminstrative works ensure efficiency & compliance.
. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc).
. Issue invoices & purchase orders.
. Monitor stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
. Assist to schedule project and shipping deliveries.
. Coordinate our supply chain procedures, including liaising with overseas operations and personnel.
. Ensure proper recording and filing of documents are maintained.
Job Requirements
. Singapore and PR only.
. Min. Diploma in Business Admin or relevant certifications.
. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
. A team player with good communication skills.
. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
. Proficient in MS Office.
. Experience in Construction Industry is preferred.
