Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous individual to help with administrative work and exercise due dilligence in the Financial Industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks related to representatives, including transfer administration and representative code management.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting company events.
  • Conduct fit and proper due diligence assessments for candidates.
  • Perform periodic assessments of existing representatives to ensure compliance.
  • Perform any other general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and activities as assigned
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Resourceful, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, work well under pressure, and stay agile in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Employment Type

Diploma & Full-Time

Years of Experience

At least 2 years, preferably in Financial Industry
