Work as part of the Customer Centric Service Team
- Performing general office admin tasks such as handling phone calls and courier services, logging customer service and support calls, ordering workplace supplies.
- Manage suppliers and procurement for project related activities
- Managing and update company assets register as well as office inventory
- Managing company equipment maintenance services such as aircon, lightings servicing & repair, etc.
- Schedule and plan major staff meetings, logistics and company events as and when require
- Simple book keeping and service related documentation
- Full Time / 5-days work(1-day WFH Flexi Arrangement)
- Familiar with MS Office
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
