Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the administration and support of the Sales / Service Department.
  • Liaises with customers for processing of sales orders, invoicing, collections, work reports, certificates and documentation filing.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth work flow.
  • Preparing analysis and monthly summary reports.
  • Update and maintain proper filling systems and records
  • Attend to incoming telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Management, Business or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Proficient communication skills in both written and verbal.
