Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration and support of the Sales / Service Department.
- Liaises with customers for processing of sales orders, invoicing, collections, work reports, certificates and documentation filing.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth work flow.
- Preparing analysis and monthly summary reports.
- Update and maintain proper filling systems and records
- Attend to incoming telephone calls and enquiries.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Management, Business or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Proficient communication skills in both written and verbal.
