Admin Executive

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day activities
  2. Manage customers enquires
  3. Data Entry
  4. Coordination with colleagues
  5. Assist with account receivables
  6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS office
  • Good communication skill
  • Dynamic and good team player with positive mindset
  • Able to multi-tasks and work in fast paced environment
  • Meticulous and well-organized
  • Knowledge with automotive industry will be beneficial but not required
