Job Description
. Administrative Support. Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
. Project Claim Tracking. Proactively trace project claims by liaising with engineers individually to update project status and prepare progress claims.
. Prepare quotations using Xero software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Basic AdministrativeTasks for Project Coordination
. Inform all relevant parties upon receiving permit approvals.
. Arrange for the purchase of drawings from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
. Forward emails from CORENET to the respective project engineer in charge.
Customer and Client Relations
. Handle inquiries and maintain good communication with clients and stakeholders.
. Assist with scheduling and tracking project deadlines and liaising with other departments to meet project requirements.
. Coordinate with engineering team members to support their administrative needs.
. Assist in the organization and management of project documents.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably in an engineering or construction firm.
Skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
. Familiarity with Xero software is a strong advantage.
. Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
. High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
. Adaptable and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
