Job Description:
- Handles general office administration at project site.
- Maintain updated workers site record and leave records.
- In-charge of workers dormitory lounge and logistics.
- In-charge of workers course safety enrollment as/ when required.
- Handles workers time card for payroll purposes and to be submitted to head office in timely manner.
- Maintain updated fixed assets record on-site.
- Maintain and order office supplies and stationeries in monthly basis.
- Maintain and order office pantry supplies in monthly basis.
- Handles ad-hoc related duties as/ when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (In order to liaise with the English, Mandarin speaking associates)
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): office administration
