- 5 days, Jurong, Transport provided (to & fro)
- $3800 - $4000 basic, fixed allowance
- Able to start within short notice
- 1yr contract (with completion bonus)
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits program including insurance plan/welfare program and company events
- Administer manage specific modules for SAP-SF HRIS (leave)
- Assist with business traveling arrangement and coordination while adhering to business travel policy.
- Coordinate Executive events and functions.
- General administration duties and ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Possess higher Nitec/Diploma in HR, Business or Office skills
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Must have experience in arranging overseas business trips
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organising
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous and conscientious.
- Proactive individual with good planning & organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
