Responsibilities:
. Reply email, answering telephone calls & enquires
. Prepare Quotation, Invoice, Credit Note, Tender Forms and apply Permit To Works manage other general administrative tasks.
. Record and write minutes for administrative and operations monthly meetings.
. Sourcing quotes from vendors or subcon
. Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping
. Develop and implement procedures, policies, and office administration systems.
. Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work.
. Assist in organizing and coordinating company events.
. Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
. General administrative duties, clerical work and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior
. Work day : 5 days work week
Requirements:
. Diploma in any field
. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administration
. Ability to work in a team
. Have a strong initiative and self -motivated with good learning mindset
. Ability to work well in a fast paced working environment
