Manage and handle building tenancy contract agreement matters and ensure contracts term and conditions comply with related government regulation agency.
Manage and maintain all legal administrations of the Company.
Manage and handle all expatriate related employment, tax , travelling and housing matters .
Assist in reviewing and preparation of purchase order, quotations ,invoicing and payments
Support HR Manager on HR related functions.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
Diploma/Degree in business administration/HR and or relevant field.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Singaporean & PR only
Proficient in Microsoft office
Flexible and detail oriented.
Excellent organizational, multitasking and communications skills.
Self motivated and able to work independently.
5.5 work week. (Mon-Fri:08.30am-5.30pm, Sat:08:30am - 12.30pm)
