Admin Executive (Sales Support/ East/ 5days)

Job Objective:

• To provide timely administrative support to the respective teams / departments

Core Responsibilities:

Sales Administration Support

• Handle incoming sales call / emails and perform sales lead administration
• Assist in creating / updating all tender submission documents
• Assist in tender bidding submission
• Preparation of maintenance contract renewal notice
• Preparation of services sales report - to track renewal

Marketing Administration

• Assist in developing marketing material
• Assist in any marketing project

Others

• Assist to match supplier invoices with the necessary documents and entry into system
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

Education Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience, training provided.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Teams
• Able to work independently
• Able to start work immediately
