Make an Impact by
Support a wide range of administrative activities for DICo Finance to function smoothly and effectively.
Ensure daily tasks are being planned, scheduled and executed efficiently.
Collaborate across different departments and provide administrative support to management.
Calendar management to schedule meetings with CFO and handle meeting logistics.
Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses report processing and reimbursement.
Assist in the coordination and logistics of company/ team activities.
Provide administrative support to management and Finance department.
Assist with processing of administrative documents, including payments and request.
Support and cover existing team members on administrative matters.
To help with any other task that the CFO/ Finance director/ Finance manager assign.
Skills for Success
Diploma certification in business administration or equivalent discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluency in written and spoken English
Strong organisation and planning skills
