Main Responsibilities:

1 Manage the day-to-day activities

2 Manage customers enquires

3 Data Entry

4 Coordination with colleagues

5 Assist with account receivables

6 Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

. Proficient in MS office

. Good communication skill

. Dynamic and good team player with positive mindset

. Able to multi-tasks and work in fast paced environment

. Meticulous and well-organized

. Knowledge with automotive industry will be beneficial but not required
