Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organise documents
• Documentation check using Microsoft word & Excel
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients
• Manage appointment scheduling and phone communications
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Local Diploma or Degree.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Experience : Prior experience and proficiency in Microsoft word/Excel would be a plus!
• Communications: Proficient command of English
