JOB DESCRIPTION
. provide administrative, operational and secretarial support
. manage data entries and liaise with bookkeeper monthly for accounts
. handle freight & logistics matters
. maintaining office supplies
. processing of staff claims
. assist in work pass services
. manage company's vehicle season parking, insurance and inspection for road tax renewal
. ad-hoc duties when required
REQUIREMENT
. minimum 1 year experience in administrative field
. must be organised, proactive, responsible and able to work as a team
. must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero
. must be bilingual in English and Mandarin due to nature of business associates
