Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Admin Manager
Coordinate meetings / appointments
Handle general admin works in construction industry
Liaise with other departments
Prepare Invoice, Delivery Order and Quotation
Assist in accounts Receivable / Payable
Filing documents
Answer phone calls and liaise with customers on daily basis
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field
Minimum Diploma in any fields
Good command of English
Computer literate
Working Hour : 5 1/2 day
