If ensuring all administrative work and financial reporting is your definition of work, we want you to join us as an Admin and Finance Executive!
A DAY WITH US LOOKS LIKE THIS
Demonstrate strong ability in administrative work to ensure smooth day-to-day business operation
Prepare and organise business quotations, invoices and financial reports
Meticulous in the accounting process and adhere to standard procedures
Responsible for working with all the relevant teams and negotiating with vendors or partners to ensure timely delivery of all required admin and finance duties.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS/HAS
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience as an admin & finance or in a related position
Meticulous and good with numbers
Able to multi-task and work independently
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong ability in managing budgets
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
