Good performance will career advancement as Admin (HR) Executive - Roles & Responsibilities:
Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.- Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.- Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
Timely renewal and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.
- Carries out work permit applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers in a timely manner;
Follows up with purchase or cancellation of workers bond guarantees;- Any other HR functions as assigned
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business or HR Management or equivalent qualifications.- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience is required.
Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
- Able to work overtime as required.
5 days work in office.
