Salary: $5000 - $5500
Working Location: East region, near MRT
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manages the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Fosters positive employee relations, addresses concerns, and handles disciplinary actions.
- Oversees performance reviews, sets goals, and drives employee development.
- Manages payroll, benefits, and work pass administration.
- Designs and delivers training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Oversees office operations, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience in construction industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in managing work pass applications and foreign worker regulations.
- Experience in office administration.
