Job Description

We are looking for an individual with strong interest in finance/insurance industry to join us as Admin Assistant n the scondary market for insurance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Providing the Management with administrative support and coordination
  • Preparation of Documentation and Data-Enrty
  • Act as a liaison between the Company and Clients e.g. communicating and meeting up with Clients
  • To learn relevant pricing skills in the course of work
  • Any other ad hoc projects which may be assigned

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in MS Excel/Power Point/Word
  • Analytical, conscientious and dependable
  • Logical and systematic working style
  • Ability to work under pressure and highly adaptable to changes
  • Knowledge of insurance products will be advantage
