- To assist the team members in daily operations
- Able to hold a conversation well
- To be able to communicate with colleagues as well as customer
- Ability to work as a team
- To assist in invoicing, quotation, and purchasing etc
- Ability to multitask and work independently and in teams
- Very willing to learn, have initiative and a self-starter
- To handle software for issuance of paperwork
- To be able handle customer enquiry
- Ad-hoc assignments and tasks as assign by director
