Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR functions from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Develop HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Review and update HR policies for compliance with laws and standards.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings and selection.
  • Create strategies to attract talent and manage onboarding.
  • Address employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and support employee development.
  • Manage applications and renewals for foreign work passes.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Identify training needs and organize career growth programs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or relevant studies.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in Constructions industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Familiar with BCA licensing application process is a must
