Job Description

Key Highlights

  • Exposure in the government sector
  • Location: Outram Park
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri (Office Hours)
  • Duration: 6 months + 6 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and managing meeting materials.
  • Track and follow up on action items, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and organize records for correspondence, meeting materials, and key documents.
  • Support budget management by tracking expenditures, processing invoices/claims, and preparing simple budget submissions.
  • Assist with data entry, data cleaning, and managing incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Plan and coordinate events like workshops and trainings, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma.
  • Experience in secretariat/PA is a plus point
