Job Summary

• Location: Orchard MRT
• Salary: Up to $2800
• Working Days : Mon - Fri + Half Saturday

Job Scope

Finance Admin

• AP & AR related duties
• Tax filing and tracking

HR Admin

• Manage p-file
• Provide recruitment coordination support
• Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, and process confidential reports and documents
• Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality

Clinic Admin

• Assist in all day-to-day administrative duties in the clinic
• Perform all administrative duties related to the organization required by the management

Requirements:

• Min Nitec and above
• Min 1 year of admin experience
• Meticulous and able to work independently under pressure
• Able to meet tight deadlines for monthly closing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
