Job Description:
- Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.)
- Prepare and submit payment requisitions for corporate travel and office related expenses.
- Daily arrangement of project vehicles.
- Perform transportation duties for all staff of the project/visitor as required.
- Greet and register visitors professionally (assist guest on Access card, mobile, safety gear, Computer/IT support etc)
- Organize maintenance for office equipment and service contract management
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Admin Manager & Deputy Business Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma /Certificate in Business Administration or related discipline with relevant experience
- Requires driving license as he/she may need to use the company vehicle
