Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Working hours:
. Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
. Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
Manning of General Office counter
. Attend to queries from students, parents or members of public (phonecalls & walk ins)
. Assist in general administrative and student related duties
Follow up with absentees
Checking of documents for Financial Assistance application
Inform parents on Financial Assistance outcome
Guide staff for incident report
Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students
Updating of daily student attendance
. Assist in records management (incident report and late list)
. Assist in other office or admin duties assigned
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
. At least 1 years of working experience as a receptionist or doing admin in a secondary school environment.
. At least GCE N level certification
. Able to communicate and write well in English and at least one other language.
. Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
. Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
