Job Description:
Manage day to day operation supporting Sales and Technical teams including processing, quotations, purchase order, invoice etc.
To liaise and coordinate to customers request and delivery.
To provide good support and customer service to new and existing customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
To liaise with suppliers from Singapore and Overseas.
General sales administrative duties.
Assist with account payable and receivable transactions.
Photo taking of products and services for our daily social media post.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and management.
Job Requirements:
Min GCT O Level and above.
Able to converse in Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Words).
Ability to communicate effectively to both customers and colleagues.
Attentive to details and an eye for photography.
A good team player and also able to work Independently.
Account Experience advantageous.
Working Hours: 10:00am-7:00pm.
