This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing communications, processing invoices, and handling data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with general office operations, financial matters, and offer ad-hoc support to ensure smooth daily functioning of the organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Record and process opt-out email requests promptly.
- Input details into the opt-out tracking system.
- Respond to CDACFund email enquiries.
- Process refund requests.
- Issue overdue account statements and follow up on unpaid invoices.
- Organise, scan, and file courier slips manage incoming post and cheque distribution.
- Oversee utility and photocopier invoices, allocate Singtel bills, and assist with general administration tasks such as board matters, banking matters, and office supply orders.
Working Hours: 3 Day work week
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM
- Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Job Requirements:
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Familiar with basic Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel function
- Meticulous, with good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work done
- Pleasant personality and a good team player
- Comfortable with travelling to banks for banking matters
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
