Job Description:
- Provide administration support to the sales teams, assisting with various tasks and activities.
- Prepare and handle inside sales activities, including quotation preparation, tender project assistance, and other related tasks.
- Assist in generating and processing purchase orders, delivery orders, and sales invoices.
- Coordinate the preparation of purchase request forms, service request forms, and other necessary documentation.
- Liaise with customers and vendors to manage delivery and installation schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with delivery vendors and maintaining effective communication with customers, engineers, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong passion, self-motivation, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with others.
