2. Coordinate daily office environment and hygiene

4. Storage and management of office licenses, contracts and materials
5. Overall management of store suppliers
6. Assist the person in charge to plan and follow up on daily affairs
7. Fill out and review daily reimbursement documents
8. Inventory and management of store materials
9. Follow-up and assessment of personnel attendance.
