Qualifications / Experience· Good written and verbal communication skills - essential
· Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability - essential
· Aptitude for learning new software and systems - essential
· > 3 years proven administrative experience preferred
· Liaising with Sales, QA, Workshop & Warehouse to prepare the following customer documentation (hard & soft copy) for sales and rental orders
o Delivery notes
o Commercial invoices
o Packing lists
o Test reports
o Maintenance reports
o Certificates of conformity
· Coordinate shipment/return of rental orders
· Maintaining filing system for customer documentation (hard & soft copy)
· Coordination with Purchasing for the importation of supplier goods
· Maintenance of EHS/Bizsafe documentation including statutory inspections
· Maintain employee leave, overtime, expense records and other records as required
· Optimise use of office equipment & stationary
· Handle company telephone, mail box and keys
